We realize our clients have substantial investments in their properties and we want to maintain and preserve that investment in the best possible condition. Our constant attention to each property minimizes deferred maintenance and its costs. In addition to frequent property inspections by our property managers, we coordinate through licensed service providers, preventative maintenance programs to ensure proper operations of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, elevators, and electrical and lighting systems inside the buildings we manage. While it is important that our properties are maintained in a functional and efficient manner, it is equally important that they are visibly attractive. We achieve this by regularly tending to the building’s exterior as well as its common areas and landscape.
